Bump. Just over 4 weeks out. Who's in? I'm leaving either the Sunday before Labor Day or Tuesday after. Still trying to pin that down. I have a few stops to make heading through GA.

I got the go ahead, just have to make the camp site reservation and pay the group. Will probably leave the saturday before with Abby, hang out with her in NC and she will drive back before I head to the camp site.

Rico, supposedly if you're tent camping you don't need a "reservation" with TWoS. Just pay the registration fee with COG, do so now if you want a t-shirt.

Oh, and the camp rate is $13.50 per night for a tent with one person.

    Lamp, Rico,

It looks like I can make this one. Is everyone riding solo or are we going to coordinate? I've got a couple of places I can stop along the way as well in Tally, Atlanta, and possible others.

T bare, I think Rico is hauling his bike north of the area on Labor Day weekend to visit family, then he is going to come back south to Suches.

I will be stopping/overnighting at several places on the way up to visit friend's/family if I leave on the Sunday of Labor Day. I do plan to ride up to from north or south Atlanta on the Wednesday at daybreak. If I leave on the Tuesday, I will be overnighting at my folks house south of Atlanta.

I believe both Rico and I are planning to lug it back here on the Sunday.

Looking on the COG site, there are already 50 folks paid up. I'm getting there by noon Wednesday to get a good camp spot (event doesn't officially start until Thursday), and ride the Wolf/Richard Russell loop over to Helen that afternoon to grab some late lunch/early dinner.
