    Man if you could find two fast riders on an SV650 you could save a lot of tires. Someone who can lap under the 20's on an SV would be a good strategy. Mount on a 00-03 GSXR tank that can hold more fuel and go for it....

    It would be worth the time to do though. It is relatively easy and cheap to accomplish a quick change setup.

    And yes, an SV should be able to do the whole 4 hours on a front, maybe just 1 rear change. One has to see how many secondas per lap a used tire costs versus how long it takes to change.

    I think WERA rules require a fire suit for the fueler and I know you need a 40# fire extinguisher.

    Man I would like to do this but I would SUCK.

    Maybe I should be a one man endurance team. That way the only person on the team I would be hindering is myself. haha

    We used to do exactly that Camel! Ride the race for practice one rider. It was a great way to be able to have an open track for four hours. You can figure a lot of things out in 4hrs that will make you much faster!

    Only if you ride your KTM, ride it on the track, off the track; ride it cutting the corners;
    just keep it in the grass more time than Voo would on his R1.
    You would lap everyone before the first lap is completed.

    600, 750, or 1000 if they can pit quickly enough.
