Thats def a R/R. Could be stator, check stator wires and they should all read around a certain range. Connect one wire to other with + and - on DMM, DC voltage (forgot if its DC or AC)? should be ~30 something at idle, ~50 or so when reving at 5k. If one of the wire connections is way different than the rest then its your stator as well.

did you rev it above 2500rpms,i think it suppose to be up to 4000rpms to get proper reading.

ok,the yellow is for stator and charging, red is positive, green should be ground.
clean the ground contacts just for good measure.
on the link i posted earlier, should help you to know the ranges of the tests,or atleast someplace in that forum.

this is what is says for inspection, did you follow this.
    INSPECTION

    1. Remove the left middle cowl (refer to section
    3-8 of the 2004-2007 CBR1000RR Service
    Manual).
    2. Remove the wire band, and disconnect the
    alternator 3P (natural color) connector.
    3. Check each yellow terminal (of the
    alternator side connector) to ground.
    There should be no continuity.
Also, check the resistance between the three
yellow terminals using a circuit tester.
    Standard: 0.1 – 1.0 ohm (at 20° / 68° F)

    • If there is no continuity to ground on any
of the three yellow terminals and the resistance
is within specification, there may be
    another problem. Proceed with normal
    troubleshooting.

    • If there is continuity to ground on any of
the three yellow terminals, or the resistance
    is not within specification, replace
the ACG with the countermeasure parts
kit. Go to the REPAIR PROCEDURE and
    PARTS INFORMATION sections of this
    Service Bulletin.

ok i kinda know this one if i may... you going to need a muti-meter to check R&R. the R&R is just diodes soo if you put your muti meter to check for diode mod and then reverse it should say OL for open line do this for each prong going into the R&R do it one way and then reverse it it shoud have a reading one way and ol the other

Ok so i left it running long enough for the fan to turn on and it was about 20 min and the voltage dropped from 12.3 to 11.5 revved it to 4k rpms and it went to 11.6 even holding it at 4k rpms
