While you were at work today . . .

I was beginning week TWO of my northern racing adventure: Road America in Wisconsin last weekend and Grattan Raceway in Michigan this weekend.

Grattan might be the most technical track I've ever ridden: 11 turns, 7 of them blind. It has it all: a long straightaway, off-camber left and rights, a set of Esses, a high-banked bowl turn, a jump (if your balls are big enough), and a hairpin. Oh, and lots of elevation.

Here's a lap during the last practice session of the day, following a Triumph Thruxton. He had more HP, I caught him in almost every corner, and finally realized I was too damn tired to try to pass him.

    Enjoy.

Awesome Stan, I didn't get to say good bye the other night at the pier, glad Alls going well on the vintage endeavor.
The track looks like a blast man. The bike is looking great !

That looks like one of those 720x480 keychain cameras. Good enough to use, but the 720P 1280x720HD version is a whole lot better. I have both of these. Easy to mount almost anywhere.

    Very cool!

Is it just me, or does that race surface suck? In the video it looked terrible, but I've never been there...
