    Thanks again FJ's

I have been going to FJ's regularly over the past year. You guys have always treated me well, and with respect, on top of always giving me great prices. The sad truth about many service centers, regardless of it being for bikes or autos, is they try to "nickle and dime" you, always wanting to add that something extra. You guys on the other hand have taken a look at things for me and have actually told me the opposite. Even services I have asked about you have told me "We can do that for you now if you like, but you could easily go a few K more miles before that needs to be replaced", or "After looking it over it was just a simple fix" (vs making up some story about X component being bad), etc. This is of course on top of a TSB discount, which I have never had to ask for, but has automatically been taken into my prices.

Recently not only did you do some services, but actually took the time to show me how certain things are done and how they work, to help give me a better understanding of my bike. I know occasions when people have shown up without appointment needing a part, and if you dont have it in stock, you have gone out and aquired it locally at no extra charge. There are other places would make you wait several days for the part to arrive. Actually there are other service centers that expect to drop off your bike on a given morning, and tell you it will be at least 2 days before they can even begin to start looking at yours. The personal attention and how you go out of your way for your customers really sets the bar!

Great story. Have not been there since the shop moved, but they did one fantastic job on my fender elimination kit and some really damn impressive work on getting the D3 grips to fit on the Kan-O-Tuna. When a shop let's you watch them work on your bike, you know they have confidence in the caliber of service they are providing.

Soon it will be time to replace the tires on my behemoth VStar and I'll be paying them a visit, if I remember correctly Fred said he can accommodate my cruiser...

I have gotten 3 sets of tires from them so far. Not only were their prices cheaper than any other local place I've checked, but they were also even cheaper than if I were to have ordered the tires online (I checked the 4 main sites) and had them mounted locally. Where many places also will only take your wheel, or possibly charge extra if you bring in the whole bike, FJ's is the same price either way meaning you dont have to touch a tool or take a moment extra of your time

I've got a bit over 10k tires on my cruiser, so they'll be needing to replace soon.

Unfortunately the new shop is too far from the office and just a hair out of the way from the house; but as Manx can attest I will travel for great service and good prices and aside from the LED incident (remember that one; LOL) your work and customer service was impeccable. I was very, very proud to point out the work you guys did on my old Kan-O-Tuna.
