Never an accident, but countless near misses involving sightless drivers. The only off I have ever had was my own fault in the NC mountains. Took a corner too quickly trying to "keep up" with better riders.

A car backed into the right side of me while I was stopped waiting for the gate to open from my apartment complex, girl was parked in a parking place before she reversed into me.

Sitting at a red light I was hit from behind by a PREGNANT 15 YEAR OLD with no license that had stolen her mama's Ford Taurus to go find her baby daddy. Witnesses (there just happen to be 3 police officers at the intersection staring at me) estimated her speed to be about 40mph, and she never slowed down.

Although a car never hit me, I did however hit a car, a car that turned left in front of me, as I was attempting to pass it,
it was the 3rd car in the chain.
No tickets were issued.
I was doing about 60 mph at the point of impact.
After flipping over the car I landed on my feet "running", behind a sliding bike.
Neither my brother nor myself were seriously hurt.
No gear, just helmets.
No road rash either, well almost none.
As I said, I landed on my feet.
It happened in October of 1977, it was my only accident.
About 240k to 250k miles accident free!
