    Massive moon tonight 3/19/11

The moon will come the closest to the earth in the last 18 years tonight.

It's supposed to look really cool. I'm a geek with shit like this so I'm having a beer waiting for it.

    Anyway, just thought I'd share.

Haha. I'm a geek over stuff like this, but not all the time.

Where is the moon I'm having a beer in the back yard looking for it.

Yeah right now. Its pretty impressive. The best is early on. After that it starts to pull away as it gets late.

I'm on the east coast right now camping and we watched it come up over the water. It was breath taking.

It was very cool! I wish I had a good camera with me to have been able to capture it more accurately.

I was in the backyard with a beer as well. It did seem a little brighter than most.

I saw the moon. I didn't notice it looking closer than other times. Color was a little strange.
