I love a Ducati and I miss my Vmax. This thing is obviously better than a Vmax. Too many bikes wanted and not enough money. I would take this as my "cruiser" anyday. I might have to set up a demo ride on this beast.

It really is a cool bike. Ducati unveilings are always nice. I've been to the Streetfighter one, the Hypermotard one and I think the 848 or 1098 one.

Better then the Mighty VMAX ? I dont know man. It is wild looking. My thing is I am not used to anything that says ducati on it, looking like a "cruiser". More Muscle cruiser I guess. Awesome bike, I hope they sell every one of them. By far the coolest looking new bike on the market. The Italians are just good at what they do !

After watching the video and seeing how the bike looks when ridden I like it a bit more. (not that it matters) I was thinking the stance was more laid back but it has a bit more of an agressive ride to it. Pretty cool.

Its just a bit more refined than the VMAX. But then again the VMAX was never built on refinement. Just a ton of HP in a short wheelbase not a good handling, but still will make you smile death machine.

New VMAX is very a nice bike. Looked at and rode one in NC when I demo'd the R1 I was very impressed with it. Handled like a champ. Its changed quite a bit. The suspension in the front is FAT as hell. Yamaha refined the hell out of that bike. But yea nothing in comparrison to the duc I'm sure. I think the Vmax would spank it but the duc has got to handle well

1) The original Vmax was Thor's Hammer for bikes - unwieldy as hell but holy god the amount of power that bike put down was amazing. Plus,honestly, it was affordable for mortals.

2) Just in pics the Diavel looks like something that would convince a woman to take off her panties and go for a ride . . . just sayin'

went by Saturday with my kid brother, met the new owner, (pretty sure he didn't realize I knew who he was). Told him flat out I was not there to buy, and I was still treated like I gold.
I love this place.

My next bike will come from Euro Cycles. Not sure when but it will. Great dealership and great group of people there. AND.. its right around the corner from me. Always convienient.
