16 illegals sue Arizona rancher

pretty much what the title says. rancher has 22,000 acres and since 1998 he has stopped and called border patrol on about 12,000 illegals. one particular group he held at gunpoint , verbally assaulted them and threatened to let his dog loose on them. their feelings were hurt very badly and they are suing him and his wife, along with the sheriff for 32million. not sure how this even came to be, i really hope they are trying (the state) to allow this in order to set some precedent over citizen arrest of some sort. if you can't stop people from crossing over on your property it will just open the flood gates even further.

yeah and the government will drag it out with public defenders for 2 years costing us money, judge gets paid with ou money and the rancher is left to defend himself using his own money he earned and paid taxes against.

Convicts sue the system all the time, why not illegal aliens. We have done it to ourselves allowing anyone to sue for anything.

Example:

A new motorhome owner who set the speed control on her rig while motoring down the interstate, left the wheel to make a sandwich, and after the inevitable crash, successfully sued Winnebago for damages. Why the award? Because RV owner's manual failed to warn against such a dumb stunt.

I would agree if they did it the legal way.
Probably very hard to do financially and time wise, but there is a way.

This lawsuit should have never made it to court and the defendants should be made to pay legal fees and court cost when they loose.

These assholes that cross our borders think that they have the upper hand. We must now have teachers that can speak taco also so they can teach them, we feed them free on the school lunch programs, they get free medical at our hospitals, all so they can mow our yards and send the money back to taco land to their peeps there. They want to fly their flags here or put their flag decals on the cars that they don't even insure.Hell, how do they get drivers license if they can't read traffic signs?? I work at a hospital in Tampa and at lunch in the cafe we have to listen to a bunch of taco benders talking shit that you can't even understand. I really hate the fact that they are allowed in our country without 1st being able to speak OUR language. I say fuck them all and without a green card and them paying taxes like all of us we should be able to shoot them on site.
