What do you do to relax?

The times we are in these days are pretty stressful.. and I have my share of stress/drama. I was just wondering what some of yall do to "relax". I am trying to get some ideas of some "new ways" to relax because apparently my old ways of relaxing just aren't doing the job anymore.

So what do you do to relax?

Yeah, the economy is finally starting to affect me.

I will do a few things:

Go to the gym and take my frustrations out on the weights/machines.
    Take a long bubble bath.
Go for a ride in the scenic areas.
Sit on my porch and just let my mind drift while listening to nature.
We used to go roller blading, but that's been awhile due to our schedules.
Sports is usually a good way too. Mine would be playing tennis; taking my aggressions out on the ball. If I played alone, I'd find a racquetball court to play on (which I've done a lot and it's just as good).
We went to the beach yesterday, which helped.

    1. Take sometime just to myself
    2. Go to the gym
    3. Put on some music: R&B or Jazz and just sit back and relax

420.... ummm yeah pretty much works great for me. really its the only reason i do it. has nothing to do with partying because i do it with my wife at home at night after a stressful day and get the best nights sleep ever! and it usually leads to great s.e.x. which helps with stress relief! never do i burn and drive or anything only if i am in for the night! g/l
