    Hey people. It's been a while since I posted up. So I am throwing up some recent pics. Taken over the last 2 months or so.
    I changed from "Seeing how much I can lift" to "Working with a given weight to pure muscle stimulation and contraction".
    All in an effort to avoid joint injury now that I am 40.
    Also, revamped my diet somewhat to lose alot more of the belly fat I am prone to.
    I am staying away from beef and eggs because my LDL cholesterol is 155, while my good cholesterol is 53.
    I am seeing better overall results.
    Pic#1.Chest day. So lats are flat.
    Pic#2. Back Day. Lats are HUGE. arms are pumped.
    Pic#3.ATG squats baby. Thighs are full.
    Pic#4.Taken 2 days ago at LA Fitness. Back day.
    Pic#5.Chest day. Shoulders were like boulders.
    Only using a balanced diet, creatatine, and pre-workout amp stuff. Love that stuff!

    *My main focus is legs, legs, legs. My legs have always been lacking, so I still do them on day 1, with more exercises.
    I can finally wear shorts now. My calves are still tiny, but I don't let that stop me. I'm proud of my little gastrocs! lol.
    I weigh about 170-171 lbs now. Instead of 180.
    I've been accused over the last 2 wks of using enhancement drugs. So I take that as a compliment. lol.

    I am on week 7 of Ryan Watson Fitness' "Freaks Unleashed" program. I'll go in for measurements at week 12. Generally very pleased with the mass, trying to put on the muscle without adding "too much" fat is a challenge.

    Posts coming pre show diet is over. Started dieting November 220 @18% current weight 190@10% starting to feel a bit shredded
