not bad but I would make the lettering a little more readable hard to read

If you're using photoshop.. go to the layer with the text and add the stroke effect... it does outlining... set it to 3pixels and 80% opacity... then choose either white or green

also, the bike graphic is pixelated... it got stretched out too big.

The rest of it is a good idea, but like stated before, Is there something wrong with the picture? You made it look like that?

this is my professional opinion, first off, not digging the c4d / brushing you used in the BG, dont much like the artistic filter you used on the bike and rider.. and the text needs work...

i mean its a cool concept, but heres what i would have done differently
well a lil hard to explain..... but.....
if you want post the original pictures used, and ill make it nice and fresh and clean for you..
