I know a shop that does cheap work if ya need any recommended places. You can bring them your own parts too.

my buddy wrecked his F4i a couple of months ago too, (on the same way, but on an on ramp.) he was going to fix it, but now he's selling it. He only needed a new front fork and some cosmetic stuff but he's giving it away to a dealer for 1800 on thursday. Only had 4000 miles on it too. )-=

A couple of us have already sourced several of the parts for her bike plus she had a full set of extra plastics. Tomorrow cbr and I will start tearing it down to find out what else needs to be replaced. Should have it back on the road in no time.
