    Which gas do ya'll use and why????

    Hey guys/gals...

    I've got a interesting question for ya'....

    What type of gas do you use in your bikes...

    • 97
    • 93
    • 80-something...


    I've got my '07 Gixxer Sixxer and I've been putting in premium for... who knows what reason... maybe because I think I'm getting something out of it...
    But... anyhow...
    Let me know what ya'll think... I'm curious...

    i put in 93 cause it says thats what kind of fuel to use, i wish it was regular that i can use, but i do not know

    Shell 93, or RaceTrac 93 if Shell isn't around...V-Power just sounds cool, and if it costs more, it MUST be better....duh!

    I use what my manual says to use. 87 for my FZ6 and 89 for my Triumph Rocket III,

    I use 93 in both my bikes just cause it says to...when i first got my cbr, i ran 87 because i didn't have a manual. Didn't notice any difference.

    Most of the newer bikes say 91+ octane. I only put 93 in mine.

    I run 87 in mine. hey, its a 500. doesnt need high performance gas to run well.

    I put 93 in mine, even though the manual says 87 will work, I figure it will help the bike run better, and I am not spending that much more....

    mine says 90+ octane so I find the highest one on there, hell I'd use 100 if they had it

    I use only 93 in mine. Newer bikes should have a knock sensor to retard the timming when knocking, You loose a little power, but it won't harm it.
