Could be just a one time thing but when ever I see an issue with gear failing I like to make sure people know about it.

yeah it's the one Mel wears now. I don't think it's the model.
I've already crash tested mine and it held up.

Like I said it could just be a one time thing

just playin. it was probably a fluke. theres always that 1% chance something wierd can happen. I feel sorry for that guy.

i have a teknic violator and crashtested it on a low side it held up fine held up

Those are actually speed holes, they make the bike go faster.

Looks like it was an unusual failure due to the softer non leather material, which gave way under force.

y'all's suits oughta be just fine.

had a 100mph lowside in mine .... burnt threw in a few spots but didnt come apart.... a friend of mine carms... she high sided and she did have some seams come loose but nothing like that

thats an older style pants... so.. yeah.. they are old... prob dry rotted seams and thread... i dunno...

I wonder if they were too big for the rider? The road rash looks to be on top of the knee but the seams ripped on the side. I know you move around in them some but something looks not right with that.

when i lowsided mine came apart at the seams. the duct tape i added held up better than the thread.
