I finally did a night ride! Me and gixxer went up gunn hwy to 54 and little road (which sucked cuz its under constructon so it was REALLY dark) from there we headed over the Bayside bridge. The wind was knocking my little bike all over the place but i rode through it.
Then we went to and empty parking lot on Ulmerton Rd. and played til we got thrown out. From there i headed over the Howard Frankilin which was an absolute blast! Got her up to 112mph...if it wasn't for the stupid truck in front of me i would have gone faster. Finally made it home at about 1am.

Watch your speed skiddles......if your going to play that fast make sure you have some time in working on "non-target fixation" skills. A tail pipe, rock, hubcap or whatever can cause you to go boom. I know it sounds dumb but I work on quick reflex moves based on still objects in the road....teaching myself to swoop out of the way at the last second and seeing how the bike reacts and how to handle it......hard to explain in words for me.
Have fun out there but spend some time finding that object up the road, then taking your eyes off of it and riding around it.

Thanks for the tips PB. I would have gone around but there was cars in the other lanes as well. So i just slowed down and went back to normal speed. I learned the hard way not to target fixate. I dumped the bike once already doing that.

Happy to hear you had fun. Now you have no excuse for not going out at night.
