I was looking at the size chart for the 300 suit that Rales, Green Goblin and Vader all got. It looks like they are only made for you short and fat guys! lol J/K! ...no but really according to the size on the waist I would need an XS! Im 6'2" w/ a 32 inch waist in jeans. Even if I went with the small I think it would be too small in the chest and too short on the legs.

Oh yea and how HOT are those things in the warm weather even if they are perforated? Im willing to sweat to protect myself but I dont want to pass out from heat stroke on the bike.

I'm 6'2" size 34 and I find suits are usually huge in the waist to fit my length, or sleeves are not quite long enough. Not long enough is what I opt for, because the boots and long gloves make up for it well.

Syed (spelling?) custom suit is how I'll probably go next, I keep hearing good things and if I spend a couple of hundred extra for a custom fit I won't lose too much sleep

recently about 2/3 months ago a sales rep came in w/these leathers. I was very surprised at the quality and change from the older feildsheer leather. I also recalled they had a bad reputation of tearing when going down.
But these new ones looked like a pair of alpines? very nice.

Im sure in the summer you will cook in these. They are perforated ans I am happy with the air flow so far.

Keep your groups small & your riding mates as close to the pace you are setting & the waits at stop signs wont be so brutal...

Thats why I bought my Revo. After picking up pieces of the Kawie inside a 100 ft radius and seeing you untouched I knew that suit was tough......

Z, Did you get yours in yet?

Here is my thought on what size you should wear.

My friend tried on my suit. He is slender/slim built, 6ft even, wears a size 42 in leather jackets, has a 32 inch waist and the suit fit him perfectly. The suit size is 42.

Whoever you ordered the suit from should have automatically told you that if your waist size in jeans is a 32 you should already be at minimum size 42 in the suit... at least that is what the guy told me when I ordered. It did help though that I knew my size in leather jackets, because I told him what my sizes were and the suit fits me perfectly except for the length because these suits are made for slim/thin builds, and people around 6ft.

Before you order another suit, send me a PM and I'll let you try my suit on. I think the 42 will fit you, at least I think the pants and jacket will, but zipping the two together may be the only issue if it doesn't feel long enough. If so you can get a 44.

Update. The suits are strong. Another person tested this same suit and came out without a scratch.

Two thumbs up for this suit and its durability :)

Crash tested again by another member of this site (2nd time on the same suit) and walked away without a scratch (no road rash). He did bruise his leg, but the suit did its job. :occasion1

Anyone here has a size 50, lol, want to tried it on before I order a set on that size, well, according to the chart. Chart sez 48, figure one size up should be my ideal size.

I think Unlimited has the fieldsheer 2-piece. And he's around 6'0 and like 140 lbs-ish. I'm not sure what size he has but it fits him well.
