View Full Version : Bye Bye Wilma
Hope everyone had minimial impact from this one. We lost electricity for about an hour in the morning and had some windy conditions for a while.
Didn't had to come to work until noon which was nice and like the cool weather.
Sunshine skyway was pretty windy and they closed it again I heard.

Did they really close it again? Do you know what time?

When I came to work around 12:30 there were about dozen FHP cars on both sides of the bridge at rest area exits. I lucked out I guess but not sure if it will be open going back home. Check before you leave work.

I swear my office was the only government agency open today...sucked! But everyone's safe and no water structures failed!

I had off today. It was a nice day considering the situation.

Definitely not a bad deal where I live in Riverview. It was windy and rainy, but we never lost power and I didn't see any trees down like I have with previous storms.
