These are two pictures that were taken of me and Steve by Shaun Saxon www.shaunsaxon.com (http://www.shaunsaxon.com/) He does mostly photos by request but due to so few riders at xtyline.com's track day he was able to take more random shots.

My bike in better condition than what it left in.

Steve's wondering "where the hell does this road go?"

I'm rebuilding her. At this point, it looks like she'll be a track bike.

One thing to keep in mind. When the knee gets down, the ass isn't too far from following. :banghead: I can't wait to get back.

LOL...kneedown isn't a faster turn just a deeper lean, looking at the pictures Steve you had a good contact patch were as Lance damn near on the rim...

But of course kneedown just looks cool

Hey Lance is the gear wrecked or salvageable?

Im sure if you wore leathers with rash already on them to the track no one will try to pass you...LMFAO

The leathers are definitely scuffed from sliding at over 60mph on the asphalt, but the pants are really in pretty good shape. My left sleeve of my jacket as a hole that burned through but it is under the GP armor so doesn't reach the skin. I'll probably patch the jacket and use them for more crash testing.

Sweet.

Almost didn't notice the matching tape covering the lenses.
See, if you would have used duc tape on the whole bike prior, your R1 would have held up nice. Duc tape rules!

You can see from the photo that I was so fast that the blue tape was peeling away. :D Except for race plastics, I think I have just about everything on order to get the bike back together. Back to the track! I'll bring the trailer, Steve will bring the truck, and you can bring the duct tape?
