Selling my 2001 Honda CBR 600 f4i

I'm going to be sad to see my baby go :( But I need the money to get a new place.
Asking $4500 firm.

It has around 17,500 miles (Not exactly sure).
It's never been down at speed- just dropped at a standstill and therefore has some minor scratches.

Clean Title
New battery.
Has new Metzler m3 rear tire.
Flush mount LED front turn signals
Rear turnsignal integrator
Fender eliminator kit
Zero gravity double bubble windscreen
And a MIG aluminum fiber high mount exhaust. <~~Sounds awesome

I'm going to replace the brake pads and clutch lever also before I sell it.

Thanks, I'll definitely keep it in mind, though I'd like to get a little closer to the Blue Book value for it since it's been maintained fairly well. :)
