Got the Keyless Working Perfectly.
But when I disconnect the left side assy. from the main harness
(lights,signals,horn)
the cycle wont start.

Do I have to hardwire or jump wires on the leftside harness?
If so which ones?

Thanks

It's probably your clutch safety switch and you will need to bypass it..

How do I do that?
Or do you have a link to instructions?

Thanks. I got it working.

I removed the entire leftside assy. and just traced the wires from the
clutch safety switch back to the main harness and just jumped them there.

I can feel myself going faster on the track already:chair:

Just found out that if you disconnect the Clutch Safety Switch it
actually results in a loss of around 20hp.
Because if you only jump the wires at the block harness it is now telling the ecu
that the clutch is constantly pulled in which in fact is neutral and there
for the ecu will run in a neutral map regardless of what gear your in.

What needs to be done is to retain the clip at the clutch and all its wire all the
way to the block harness and remove the two male connectors (a small eyeglass screwdriver will work)
and then just plug them back into the corresponding female connectors in the main harness (the harness thats still on the bike)
Then just secure the connection with electrical tape or by any other means
you feel will do the job.
And dont forget to plug the safety switch back in under the clutch lever.

All that work just so you don't need to use your key?

I don't follow/understand the thought process behind going keyless....?

Actually its not that hard or time consuming.
Just had to cut and reroute a few wires and remove all the nonsence that
I no longer will be using (key.turn signal switches, horn, lights.kickstand)

I just jump on and hit a switch and she cranks right up.
Excess things that are no longer needed. (not that Im fast......yet:D )
Its just for the track.

LOL......yeah I keep thinking about that.
I should have ordered the gas cap and base last week so that it would have gotten
here by today. Oh well.
