I'm looking for one now. I'm looking for a 240Hz. Is it that big of a difference between 120-240Hz?

go with the 120hz, 240hz is a marketing hype human eye really can't tell the difference anything above the 100hz

Technically speaking frequency can just as easily refer to light waves where the human eye can distinguish around 790-400THz. Though I think the point you are trying to make is that the human eye can't detect a frame frequency that high, which there is no proof to support nor discredit.

Thanks... Sounds like the 240Hz is a waste of money. I don't own gaming system and will only be watching TV/DVD's. 120Hz really brings the price down.
