For those who haven't tried PBIR, we'll be there on Sunday August 9th :biker:

The track is a blast. Very wide and smooth.

GATES OPEN AT 7:00am

The same track day format as always with limited spots and three groups with 20 minute sessions.

-Free giveaways
-Tire service / changing will be available.
-FREE instruction for the novices.
-GMD Computrack on site
-Professional Photographer on site
-FREE Admission for riders - there will be a gate charge for spectators
-Race School lead by former AMA Superbike and 250cc champion John Long

Pricing:

General Trackday (preregistered) $180 per day.

Race School (preregistered) $330 per day.

Since you told me about the cruises I have been thinking about them. Then my kids eye doctor says he going so you have me researching cruise trips now. :D

ha ha ha, dude i would love to go down there Aug 9th... Only thing for me is the following sunday, we leave on a cruise, so i am not sure if i can budget it......

I wanted too but timing was just a little off... Spent way too much money this month so gonna have to just drink my glass of hatteraide until I make it back to the track... :D

is there any other fees such as Gate entry, pit use, electric use, etc... or will the $180 pretty much cover everything??

No gate fees for track day riders or any other fees. There is a fee for spectators as I believe they will be having drag racing at the same time.

For tire warmers, fans, etc it is recommended to bring a generator. Electric hookups are SCARCE.

Yea that straight is VERY long, but I have to say, I've been there about 8 times so far and it is really teaching me to brake much better!
