Ok, here's what to expect at 'The Lot'

A few very, very gifted stunters on a few very rare occaisions
A LOT of guys on their way to a funeral home trying to become gifted stunters or prove they ARE gifted stunters
A few very, very attractive women
A few honestly ugly ones
A LOT of lonely, single guys sniffing after the ugly ones and a few brave ones talking to the attractive ones
A bunch of guys talking sh* about how fast they went, how much horsepower they have and the last time they did 170mph running from the cops
A few hardcore sportbike 'outlaws' - again on very rare occaisions.
These guys will get you killed (both groups) so beware.

and of course . . .

Motorcycle thieves scoping out license plate #'s so they can pay you a visit later on.


~10pm people start pulling in
~midnight they start rolling out to hit a few local select spots to stunt, run from the cops, take their friends to the emergency room etc.

To get there - Take 60 in to clearwater, when you pass the Krispy Kreme look to your left . . .

It isn't a bad scene - really friendly people and what not. Mostly you get out of it what you put into it. It is a LOT like Quaker Steak and Lube, only for sportbikes.

Just don't make the mistake I made and get sucked into the 'street-badass' mentality. Next thing you know you're doing 130+ weaving through traffic in a pack of guys @ 2am asking yourself "why am I doing this when I have a woman at home who'd gladly be having sex with me right now??"

Well I have gotten a lot of mixed posts. There seems to be a lot of negative things said.
The reason I was asking about it is, that there is a lot of bikes there and I have not seen to many peps from TSB there. Is there something else that TSB does on the saturday night?

Well many of the TSB members are older with families so hanging out at the lot and running around town raising hell till the wee hours of the morning aren’t that easy.

That being said there are some younger folks that I know from here that head out there from time to time. And even some of us old one without kids (a few with) make an appearance.

I’m sure if you post up about meeting g some people up there about mid week you see some up there. We will more than likely be up there this Saturday. It’s great place to people watch and usually fairly entertaining.

I have only been there once and it was fun because of the (TSB) peeps that I went there with. We hit a few different places so we had a nice ride. But I would rather reserve my rides to eat or hangout on Wednesdays as much as possible.

Like I said I have only been there once and from what Spoole posted, I agree with him.

Most memorable Lot Moments:


The Harley guys getting booed out when they rolled up and did burnouts
The Lotus Esprit doing a KILLER rolling burnout along the back
The Vmax that did the same thing
The guy who did the burnout in front of the patrol car at the lot and then tore ass down 60
The two guys who rolled in off of 60, one did a stoppie, flipped over and hit the guy in front of him - RIGHT in front of everyone.
The most impressive stoppie I have ever seen in front of the gas station, guy rolled up WAY high, dipped it until it almost touched, pulled it WAYY High again and then gently set it down at the light.
Me telling a very, very drunk homeless woman to get her piss stench hands off my bike
Taking a LONG hard piss behind the Autozone and waving at people coming out of the bar (before it was the Monkey Bar it was something else)
Taking some dude's girlfriend back to his house so she could smoke a bowl and then head back out for a night of riding on back of my bike with me, rolling in ~4:30am and asking Tonya if she wanted to go to breakfast
Trying to explain the evening to Tonya over a steak and eggs breakfast at Denny's.


Funniest Ybor City moment - rolling in with my brother, him picking up a VERY large woman who gave him the reach around HJ on I-4, leaving me standing there trying to explain to a very, VERY big, very drunk, black guy where his girl went.

Don't be blaspheming the working girls. They're good women and the right one, for the right price, can make you a much happier man. Remember, it isn't cheating if a) someone is getting paid and b) you are the only one enjoying it.

If she got paid and you don't even know her real name . . well my friend that may be the beginning of something beautiful for both of you. It may not be meaningful, but it still could be quite satisfying.

There are probably 3 'modeling studios' on the way TO the lot on 60 and another half dozen within a 5 mile radius . . . not endorsing anything here, just throwing it out to ponder.

As for porn and lotion - here's an easy one to try out: One way or the other you are going to have great sex. You can have it with the girl you are hoping to ask out, or some other girl, or all by yourself. Either way, a good time is going to be had and the only people missing out are the ones who would rather cop an attitude than look down at the top of your head while you're wedged between her . . you get the idea.

Yes you see me again :lurking: I didn't smoke the bowl, but it was an interesting night to say the least. The most interesting part was trying to explain it to Tonya and NOT end up with a Denny's fork sticking out of my chest.

Not every one meets at the Hess. The squids usually are on the street by the mcdonalds...which coincidentally is the same spot I usually hang out. The popo sometimes asks that the people leave the Hess if they feel like hassling folks cause it's private property.

at the point where the girl had gotten on the back of my bike is when busa's lorena bobbitt gene would have kicked in and i would be called stumpy from here on out
anyways we may hit the lot tonite we go to meet and greet but we never run with the pack we slip out the back way and head home to ride in the am with more sane people or each other whichever works heheheh

I rode by the lot at around 10ish I think - over 200 bikes by quick estimate.

Got back by about 11ish, bought a pack of cancer sticks as the cops were shopping for whatever it is that they think they can find in a mob of over 200 bikes - bikes then start to fly out of the "lot" like ****roaches running from the light.

Went over and hung out by my bike - worked on looking cool and did the chit chat thing for an hour - at which point the lot was declared a complete waste of time by the last twelve or so of us there. : )

We're all squids to someone. In fact, I'm learning that the higher up the strata you work the more likely you are to be called a squid by the group of guys one (or more) level(s) higher than you.

Novices are squids to the intermediates, intermediates are DEFINITELY squids to the newly crowned experts and experts are a complete freaking joke and a danger to everyone on two wheels as far as the CCS and WERA racers are concerned.

CCS and WERA is then considered amateur hour by even the lowliest of AMA racers who are then considered f*tards by the Superbike riders who are a bunch of inbred morons to the MotoGP Gods.

On the upshot, most Harley Riders don't have the skills that a first year squid has obtained.

Every now and then, on the rarest of occaisions, you'll meet someone who says "yeah, I run a 1:22 at Jennings, and I've raced WERA for the last 5 years, but so what, this is supposed to be fun and if you are having fun running a 1:37 and you're making progess then you're my friend and I'm happy for you" Few and VERY far between.

Good deal, I bet you're out of breath running a 2 mile in under 15 minutes. I think my best 2mile time is somewhere around 17 minutes FLAT and I am pretty sure I barfed at the end of it.

I bet you JH's 2 mile is around, what, maybe 12 or 13 minutes back in the day? What about Cecil? I bet he does a 2 mile in 12 too.

I'd love to camp at Jennings, just so I could get up saturday morning and run 2 miles on the track and then get ready to ride it. What a KILLER way to wake up ;)

Yes we did, it was only a couple, maybe three,feet long but it shut down the track and they took the recovery truck out there and shooed it back into Miguel's Pond.

If anyone wants to go to .6 go here: http://www.sportbikes.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=83 and there is usually a thread at least once a week of people going. They will not tell you how to get there, instead meet up with them somewhere and follow.
I plan on going next weekend if I can.
