Lurkers are welcome to lurk....but in an attempt to keep the spam down Lurkers and New Members will be required to meet the following:
1. 30 days active membership.
2. No business related postings (contact an admin if your a business and wish to advertise)
3. at least 100 post worthy post...example: no smilies-basic filler post created to reach the minimum requirements.
It's that simple.......the classifieds are for the members who have contributed to the site in one way or the other and are ACTIVE.....not as a free classified source for the general public.
