Bought an '06 Yamaha FZ6 this past Monday night from Granny's in Sarasota (http://www.grannysmotorsports.com). Barneys in St Pete (salesman Jessie) was just full of lies. Grannys was the lowest OTD price and was super friendly.
Here are some pics ...

Still have the Ninja 250, going to sell it in about three weeks, but teaching my mom how to ride on it first (just hoping she doesn't drop it).
I prefer the full fairing, but can't find a upright seating position bike that offers that, so I'm content with the naked look. It was a tough choice btwn the SV650S too.
Now I can keep up a lil better on the rides. Riding for extended periods at 10-12k on the 250 was just too much.
Ordering frame and swingarm sliders for it hopefully by this weekend.

Congrats!
I've yet to see another FZ6 out in the wild while riding my FZ6 around. Good choice on getting frame sliders for front and swingarm. The swingarm install is very easy. Here's a pic of my bike with them on (but before I got the blue Puig Double Bubble screen):

If ya have any questions or need any help with the FZ6, just let me know!

personally I am not a big fan of the naked bikes, but I have to admit, those FZ6's are really nice looking. I love the undertail exhaust, too bad that Kawasaki couldnt do it right............
