You mail away for a free pet ID tag for your animal, no limit. I always had a backup one for when the mutt chewed through one (they're not metal).

What do you mean error? You have adobe acrobat reader installed? I just tried it and it works, I hosted it on my webspace.

I think they're a mom & pop dog place and do this to help people with their pets. I've had no problems with them in the past, used them for awhile, but don't have a pet now.
