Robert gets his pins out tomorrow, I have 3 mos of physical therapy, both our wives get to put up with us bouncing off the walls while we try to heal :bouncy:

With these dogs I wouldn't make it 10 minutes around the house with that arm device. Hope that never comes my way.

Do you get to move the shoulder at all......for streching purposes maybe?

Physical therapy started this week. The shoulder is pretty black and blue, the bruise runs down my left arm almost to the elbow on the inside (bicep). I can do some simple movements (but I'm not supposed to, yet). Basically I move around until I get dizzy or feel like I am going to pass out. Stubborn, I know :banghead:

Glad to see your making progress.

Amazing to the fact that they can pin your ass up like that.
Externally anyway. i feel the pain just looking @ your pic.

But I think as long as you don't over do it you'll be o.k.

....better to push it a little and promote healing then sit back and just hope it works out.
