I have a dunlop front tire in my garage, I cant remember the exact size, but it has like 3k miles on it, if it is the right size, and you want it it's yours.

Griff that would be awesome as long as it's a K555 in 120/80-17.

Thanks for letting me know, dude.

LOL..

When you have 2 different brands of tires on your bike/cage its called mixing plastics

i.e Front Dunlop 120 Rear Metzler M4 180

Gotcha...

I have been told that it's not wise to (ahem) mix your plastics...

What sayest you?

LOL..I do it all the time..Just because I notice the grip difference...Like my front...The Dunlop holds on better than the Metz4 but the Metz4 rear holds on better.

So I mix and it doesn't effect me because I commute I don't track. Now on the track I hear it really makes a big difference.

Also at high speeds and twisties the Metz hold on better but the life is longer on the Dunlop.

If you not worried about it I will sale ya the M4 for 50 bucks..Its brand new with the little nipples still on it...It was a set and I only used the rear..Holla atme

OK, hoping to not start a war here, but my duc is in need of new tires. running a set of old dunlop sportmax tires right now. thinking of the pirelli Diablos for the new set. I heard that they changed the names for 05 or 06 or something. I ride 80% street and about 20% in the twisties. (wait, are there twisties in florida?). as long as i can get ~4000 miles out of them im happy.

the last tires I had on my bike were Dunlop's and were ok for street and they wore out at 4200 miles but I just put on the Pirelli Diablos and I can tell they hold the road much better than the Dunlops ever did - IMO

I ran Diablos..Great rain tire all around good tire...I give them a thumbs up
