Need lawn maintenance in Brandon

I need someone to come mow/edge/trim on a regular basis (weekly or bi-monthly basis).

I live in SE Brandon area, I have a small yard with a fence in the back with a 4' gate.

A year ago I paid $75/mth, I was just quoted $110 which I think is high for my small yard.

I dunno how friendly your neighborhood is...

But out here I just asked around and found a guy down the street that does an excellent job on my yard and only charges 15 bucks each time he comes out here. Sometimes we just barter and I change the oil in his truck while he cuts the lawn.

Reputable companies are great if you have a large yard in need of alot of maintenance, but for a small yard you may be better off just finding someone local and trustworthy enough to do a good job. :occasion1

my neighborhood's not that friendly, but that is the way that I would much rather go. "local, trustworthy and good job" is the tough part!

If you are still looking, I have a great guy who come out weekly for $25. He mowes, edges, trims, blows shavings, treats weeds in mulch, etc.

VERY good work and very trustworthy!

Does most of the homes on my street of 11.

LMK and I will give you his info.

BTW, I am in north Brandon but he goes all around.

sorry it took a while but ours is $25 a mow, and that includes triming the bushes when needed....pm me if you want more info
