I need to get my daughter around some other kids riding.

It has been brought up befor that we do a kids dirt get together.

Who is up for this and Who knows a good place to do it. We could do Crooms but I was thinking some place with less other people till she gets use to riding with others.

Either Saturday June 16 after 12(noon) or anytime Sunday the 17th

That will work It will give my shoulder another week. Also, The spot I know of is kinda flat w/alot of trails & not alot of whoops. I got a GPS we can play with too.

We'd be up for it, and bringing my 10 year old daughter who rides a 4 wheeler and my 8 yr old step son on his dirtbike. This month is crazy busy so I can't confirm just yet, but I will let you know as it gets closer!

This will be fun! How old is your daughter again?

i dont know about that. :(

last weekend when we went camping / 4wheeling..

cops came and told us to leave. a new law out there. nothing in the woods.. u can camp. but no dirtbikes/4wheelers/trucks/cars.

they expect u to hike or somthing.

I'm tryin to look into what Jessika posted. Need to find out which locations are still ATV/Moto Bike friendly.It's a long trip & lota prep to get pushed around by the POPO!

Sounds like a great idea. I have a 7 yr old boy. He rides a klx 110 ....But that weekend is out for me. Going to the F1 race in Indy. Maybe some other time for sure. Id like to get him out with other kids.

I'll be in Barber that weekend.

We are planning to head up to that area about 1-2 on the 16th (probably all meet up at the Flying Jon 52&75.
Ride that night Camp and ride most of the day Sunday. so if you all can come up for just day that can work too.

Ok so according to there website you are still allowed to have the bikes there in certain area's and camping ranges from $4-$22 depending on if you want restrooms and a shower nearby. you can not have bikes in area 1,2 and 3. here is the link

Mel, I didn't see the designations 1,2,3 on your link? Where do you think you want to try? Is Big Scrub still open? Some of the trails at the other spots are pretty tight and there are no open spaces for the kids to play.

We (Mel and I) aren't sure of the details.
We just plan on meeting Ronster and Chixxer around 1-2 on the 16th at the Flying J on 52&75.

Ok here's the scoop, I just called Big Scrub camp ground to reserve 2 spots and you have to call 4 days ahead to reserve a spot. How ever they have about 50 camp sites and you can have 6 people on 1 site, plus there's like 8 other camp grounds in Ocala if this one gets full. There is no eletric hook up, there is rest rooms and no shade. So make sure you bring an ez up's and lots of water, plus we can driver to the other sites if we want to go swiming or take a shower. A generator would be good to... Any ?????????? ask me

the heat was blistering out there today.
If we do this again we will more then likely spend the night and ride mostly in the morning and leave when it starts getting real hot.

It was HOT as HELL today even 2 baby bears were playing in some water from the rain but over all had a good time. Thanxs Mel, Mike and Amber. Had a great time riding...

I talked to Jarhead and the next time you guys want to ride in Ocala we can stay at my parents cabin. Its a bit more conveinant than camping so just thought I would throw that out there

I'm thinking of trying to plan a big TSB dirt meet up there in August.

I'll try and work out some of the details during my long drive up to barber this weekenda and post them all up when I get back.
