Rider Down On US19 Last Evening

I was on my way to a meeting for work. Just before the light at (I think) 60th Ave N. Bike was on the sidewalk. Didint get a good look at it but from what I saw it didnt look too bad. There was also a helmet placed next to the bike. A few ppl were gathered around talking & the popo were there but no EMS at that point.
Hope everyone was ok. Felt bad cause I was already a lil late & didnt have time to stop... Sry 4 that
